It is very clear that Rishabh does not like Rochell at all from day one. He was with her in the same group only because Mandana was their mutual friend. In Secret Room task, though many put the blame on KSP that they wanted to create misunderstanding between Mandy and Roch but in real Rishabh too never bothered to clear the air between them. He was actually happy that now Mandy is all hers as he told this to Deepika as well. After Aman's eviction there were more chances that now there will be Mandy-Rish v/s all the house mates, and that's what he actually wished for. But since Mandy and Roch are together again, he is not happy with their friendship at all. He nominated Roch even though apparently his target should be Prince. He became rude to Mandy since then and now in coming episode too, instead of targeting Prince, his main target seems to be Roch.
And in real, its not only one sided, Roch has same feelings for Rish too. Since Keith left, she sticked to Mandy. And when Rish joined their group, she was tolerating his presence only because of Mandy. She openly stated her views about Rishabh in agreement with Aman on weekend in front of Salman that Rishabh is an outsider who's just trying to jump in between them otherwise it is the group of only three people i.e. Roch-Mandy-Aman. And also that Rishabh is one person who took most advantage of differences between Mandy and Roch and utilized it as opportunity to come closer to Mandy. After Aman's eviction she mended her relations with Mandy and now when Rish and Mandy are having fights then she is least bothered to clear air between them. She seems to be happy that Rish did it himself and now Mandy is all hers.
In short, it seems to me all about Rish-Mandy verses Roch-Mandy friendship, as both Rish and Roch don't like the third one to enter in between their bonding with Mandy.
