Every single family member or friend of the Raizada's and Yadav's was happy and active as the wedding of their dear Anant and Devika was fast approaching. The wedding date was hardly 3 days away which made everyone work without a moment of rest, obviously because they had to make the event memorable for the to-be-couple.
Khushi and Lavanya too were actively taking part in everything necessary for the wedding, after all Raizada's had the lack of a daughter in their house which was completed by Khushi and Lavanya, who were helping in things where girls were the experts i.e., jewellery, clothes and decorations.
Khushi, though was unable to walk for some days due to hairline fracture as diagnosed by their family doctor, was completely happy all thanks to Arnav who took care of everything for her. Unknowingly, they were beginning to bring their forbidden and hidden love which was hidden behind the layers of responsibility and Dharm out of those hard layers, though they were still reluctant to accept it.
The planning of the wedding had brought Khushi, Lavanya and Arnav very close, making it even more difficult for their souls to accept any kind of distance, after all stubborn and adamant heart theirs was. Khushi got many other friends as she was the best in everything. She was the batch topper, a good singer, dancer and actor so many people were interested in being friends with her. Two of them were Uloopi and Chitra, Khushi's co-wives in her previous life. Though she had never met them in the previous life to be accurate she had heard of them more than required from her Aryaputra Arjun.

After coming back from exile, Arjun was relating his travelogues to his dear wife, Yagyaseni as they were his years with her. Arjun knew that she had accepted his other wives and as she was his best friend he wanted to relate each and every incident to her. Arjun said,
" Never did I see a girl who had a wonderful combo of courage, beauty and intelligence after you, Pran Priye. She is Uloopi, a nag-kanya. She told me that she loved me but sadly I am unable to reciprocate that intense love for her. Maybe that love will be reciprocated as the time passes and if destiny allows. And not to forget the beautiful and skillful princess of Manipur with whom I stayed for 3 years. In those three years I got a really blissful moment of being a father, father of Babruvahana."

Evening of Mehendi,
It was the sound of their excitement which was reverberating in everyone's ears for it was the very first wedding in the family of Arjun, who was sadly remembered by all. NK was completely busy in the preparations as everyone knew that no one is a better decision maker than him.
Khushi had changed her dress in Arnav's house itself, after all they had grown to be best friends over the days. Suddenly a garland fell down from the decorations and Khushi noticed it. Khushi looked around to her to see if anyone could help her but unfortunately there was no one around her who could help her and with the rituals starting in a few minutes, she couldn't let the decorations look messy like they were looking and waste the hard-work and planning oh her, Lavanya, Arnav and NK.
She brought a stool for herself after keeping the henna cones-filled basket carefully on the ground and stood up on it re-arrange the decorations. Even after having a good height of almost 5'8, Khushi was unable to reach to the height of the decorations and mentally cursed Arnav who tied it so high. She lifted her toes in the anticipation of reaching there and got busy with it.
While adjusting she suddenly felt pain in leg as it was hurt before and standing up on her toes was make her exert pressure on her ankle, and lost her balance. She thought that she will break her back if fell down and expecting a deep pain but even after the passage of time nothing happened, in fact she felt she was in air. She opened her eyes which were closed to see herself in Arnav's arms. Arnav was already lost in her beauty and now he was losing himself in her deep-pool like eyes which were trying to open up her hidden feelings for him. NK appeared in the scene and gave a divine smile that the time of their re-unison is nearing and their souls had the knowledge of that. But in the re-unison many hearts will be broken and many truths will be exposed which will make that moment come after a very long struggle, making it extremely soulful.
NK cleared his throat to let his best-friends know that they had audience while Arnav carefully and a bit too slowly placed her on the ground, not wanting to distance himself from her while Khushi who slightly blushing at his acts.
" Yahan Kya Ho Raha Tha Nannav Aur Sakhi?"( What's happening here Nannav and Sakhi?) NK addressed Arnav as Nannav whenever he was in a teasing mode or a light mode, while Arnav was embarrassed to face the teasing from his best friend.
" Wo...Woh Kuch Nahi NK. Khushi Neeche Gir Rahi Thi To Maine Usse Pakda Hai. Bas Utna Hi." NK's Nannav said while blushing slightly.(Noth..Nothing NK! Yagya Khushi falling down so I caught her. That's all.)
"Achcha To Khushi Gir Rahi Thi. Main To Soch Raha Tha Ki Tumhara Dil Kahin Gir Na Jaye. Khushi, Agar Yeh Hua Tho Arnav Ko Uska Dil Dundh Ke De Dena!I am sure Ki Tumhe Zaroor Pata Hoga Ki Woh Gira Kahan Hai." NK said in a teasing voice.( Oh so Khushi was falling down. I was thinking that your heart was falling off its place. Khushi, just in case it happens make sure that you find it and give it back to Arnav. I am sure that you will know where it fell.)
"Ulta Chor Kotwal Ko Daate Huh? Tum Hame Tease Kar Rahe Ho, Mr. Nand Kishore Yadav?" Khushi teased him back while Arnav joined her,
" Nand Kishore Ji, Aap Iss Baat Ke Liye Mujhe Aur Khushi Ko Chida Rahe Hain? Najane Aap Ko Kitne Proposals Aye Aur Apne Kitne Ladkiyon Ko Giraaya Hai Aur Aapki Raasleela Se Koi Anabhigya Nahi Hai!!" ( You are teasing me and Khushi about this, NK? God knows how many proposals you got and how many girls fell for you as everyone knows about your raasleela)
" Koi over-protective Ban Raha Hain!!" said Kanha with the unchanged voice of teasing.( Someone is getting over protective)
" Well, someone should be protective for you now because Aaj To Tum Gaye NK Ke Bacche!" Arnav chased Nk around the hall while Khushi laughed heartfully about the whole thing.
Everyone had a good laugh on this matter and they resumed back to their work though Arnav's and Khushi's mind couldn't forget the feelings which were expressed in each others' eyes.
