last time i watched qubool hai 4, Mahira married Azad, so what's going on now, new actors, what madness is this? totlly confused now.

kindly make a summary from where i stopped watching till now, i,ll apperciate it.

azad is dead stabbed by afreen after that she se#ualy abuse him and just after that hit arman ( kb first lost son) with her car. arman had azad's heart transplanted now

Awww poor Azad, so basically is like Azad never died, since this new hot actor has his heart. I am happy with that.

rajbir was assigned for a cameo type performance..he was said at first that he may have to leave after few months..he didnt quit the show
