Actor Ranbir Kapoor was recently absent from the promotional stint of Tamasha on Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 9. Only Deepika Padukone was seen promoting the film on the reality show and was seen having a blast with the superstar host. However, Ranbir's absence from the reality TV show was much speculated and now the actor says he had his "personal reasons" to miss the show.
Ranbir's rift with Salman is perhaps due to the Katrina factor, and while Khan is still friends with Katrina, he apparently does not share a good equation with Ranbir. When further probed about the reason for his absence, Ranbir said, "Deepika and the marketing team thought Bigg Boss' is a big platform to promote the film. But I didn't go for my own personal reasons."
