Um no it's not THEIR choice. You can do whatever you want as long as you hurt no one else, how Deepika dresses is her choice and it hurts no one; what TOI did (it wasn't a presentation it was a top angle zoom in of her cleavage like how bloody petty is that I'm so glad western reporters aren't as petty) bloody hurt someone and in some countries you could be charged for that behaviour.
