Okay i just HAD to make a post with this title! This line just aptly describes what our poor rizwaan was going through! 🤣 He was slithering from head to toe in the entire episode and it was a treat to watch.
But in this post i will just write about how awesomely the story moved forward from Rizwaan's perspective. So after a push from Atif, Rizwaan is all read to face Shergill, and he does that, with brilliant confidence, and looks in the eye. His initial hesitation and fear was now vanished. Although he came with total preparation but haye re qismat, kya kya andekhi azmaish main daal deti hai! 🤣
The Shergill - Preet equation was a total shocker for him. His eyes were wide opened and his mouth left open. Rizwaan Ahmed Khan didn't had to fight anyone to get Preet instead of himself. The only conflict he ever faced was with his own mind. There was never a resistance or a competitor from Preet's side. So that secure husband was today in for a shock when he realized that Preet had friends, she had memories and things which didn't include him, intimate memories, and that burnt him. Literally burnt him.
He was drinking but the reality was he want able to maintain senses due to the overwhelming jealousy that was taking over him. After every few moments Shergill came with a new story about Preet and by the time they reached home, he had completely lost it. Completely.
His pent up anger and frustration just made blabber all the non sense that any insecure husband would utter and he didn't shut up until Preet had to almost confess, that was where he just lost all words.
This is going to put Rizwaan in another hard situation. He has never thought about Preet as the love of his life. The person who that day wasn't able to distinguish between Rizwaan and Ishaan today repeatedly separated him from Ishaan to find refuge. Now that he has consciously created a line between Ishaan and Rizwaan, Preet comes forward and tells him her feelings .. he now again has to blur the distinction between Ishaan and Rizwaan so that he can give an answer to Preet, and until he does that Preet has to go through the pain of bearing his silence.
Today's episode was just a treat, and Iqbal just nailed every single expression, every single movement, every single dialogue .. he was jal jal k dhuan ho rahe hum personified! 👏 🤣
