I liked the trailer till Neil's entry, after that there were suddenly lots of things happening, they should have cut out the dialogues in that particular portion. Would have been better. Anyway, I trust in Farhan's choice. He has hardly disappointed me. Also, the chess significance seems pretty intriguing. I'm hoping for a good album too. 😳

I agree totally. It got crowded and revealed the story a bit too much for me unless its what they want us to think. The trailer as a result,lost a bit of that mysterious, edgy, race againt time vibe that the teaser had in spades.
This didnt feel like there was a chess match going on b/w Farhan and other side. Another thing I loved about the teaser. A chess match in the front and a chess game going on behind the scenes. You dont know who's who and whats going on. It had that element of thrill, mystery and intrigue.
The trailer has it too but nowhere near its predecessor. Neil was there for way too much and him potentially being the only bad guy (the trailer hints to it) is a bit dissapointing. There is little thrilI left if thats the case. I am hoping he is working for someone else. Now that will make it so so much better. Imagine a killer on the loose; you have to connect the dots to catch him and to top it, have no idea who is behind the scenes; pulling all the strings.
Maybe they purposefully lowered the tone a bit to carter to a bigger audience?? That must explain the inclusion of more of Farhan, Aditi and the song at the start. And to misdirect us into thinking that the focus is on Neil's character. I wouldnt say this for others but the team includes Hirani, Abhijat and Farhan. With PK; it was the same. They toyed with the idea of who PK was throughtout the promotions.
Same thoughts about Farhan. He has rarely dissapointed me; never apart from the Don series to be precise. A terrific actor to boot.
The album does seem to be quite good. The song they used in the second teaser was amazing. They better not pull a DBB and not release the song.😡 I still havent found that song used in the second DBB trailer. It was so good.
