When Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar visited injured Aamir Khan
Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is on bed rest as he was injured on the sets of his upcoming film "Dangal." The actor flew back to Mumbai from Ludhiana for a week's rest.
Meanwhile, several celeb friends are paying a visit to Aamir's house to enquire about his health.
Recently, Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji dropped by to meet the actor. Ranbir and Karan are working together in "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil", but currently the team is on a Diwali break.
Aamir reportedly suffered muscle spasms on his back and thighs and has been advised complete bed rest for now.
It is said that Aamir's injury is due to his intense workout and practice wrestling sessions for the film "Dangal."
However, the actor took to his Twitter handle to inform his fans and followers about his health. "Hey guys its not such a major injury. My back muscle has gone into a spasm. A week of rest and I will be back on shoot," Aamir tweeted.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, "Dangal" will have Aamir playing the character of wrestler Mahavir Phogat. The film is slated for release in December next year.
The cast of "Dangal", including Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Rajkummar Rao are on a break as well until the superstar is able to work again.
