The film is special because i could see Hrithik-Aish and Hrithik-ARK ...

ARK and his afro cut

Aish looking as beautiful as ever , infact stunning ❤️

Hrithik alone in the song tera Zikr , he killed it in that song ❤️

Ethan-Sofia and their undying love

Hrithik and Aish is the only onscreen pair who could do a kickass dhoom2, a periodic saga like jodha akbar and an intense romantic tale like Guzaarish. All the three films are completely different from each other and still this pair had their chemistry as magical and magnetic and iconic ⭐️

The film is still loved by many despite being a flop

One of the most beautiful movies of last decade and certainly one of SLB's finest movies. Apart from Black, it's the only SLB movie to match Khamoshi/HDDCS.

I watched Guzaarish on TV actually
Contrary to popular belief its actually a very nice movie
The film has heart touching performance by HR, Ash and ARK, great music and good story
Its one of those underrated movies which never got its due

i know, have read that many people find it boring , but the film has its heart at the right place . It is a journey, when i watched it, i bawled at the pre-climax sequence when ARK reveals to HR that he indeed is the son of HR's best friend and the person who is responsible for that 12 years of paralysis ..

the film was tragic, and does not leave you happy and thus many rejected it, but it still is a beauty onscreen..

Aish was too beautiful, and i loved her performance, she had very few dialogues but emoted so brilliantly .. And yes the chemistry between her and HR is something to take back home ..

Absolutely loved the film! Anybody who hasn't watched the film is losing out on something! I remember smiling for so long after I watched the film. The only other film which had the same impact on me was Udaan, which incidentally came out in the same year.

hey Ponymo - thanks for posting the reviews . The reviews were excellent all over, and i think this was one the best film of that year .
The film had made me cry and i still re-watched it , i hope some day Aish-HR reunites to do a film again.

i was glad that Aish-HR got nominated for the best actor trophy even though they lost it to srk-kajol ..

Didn't agree with the choice of awards that year, although Ash-HR bagged a few critics awards themselves. And I think they also won the Best Jodi award over SRK-Kajol which in itself is a testament of how awesome their performances were.

i think srk-kajol won because MNIK was a commercial success too along with critical acclaim whereas Guzaarish flopped , and therefore it was unfortunate as HR-Aish delivered a better performance IMO .

but yeah the jodi award made the day or should i say saved the day, i was just disappointed that film fare did not give their critics best actor award to either of Aish or HR .

Aish also has been a lucky co-star for Hrithik, he won for all dhoom2, JA and Guzaarish ... Aish had a hard luck with JA because PC was slightly better than her in Fashion that year ..
