I dont see any similarity. Gauhar was logical and didnt put others down. She disnt have gundaas working for her. We could see her shouting khushal stop khushal stop.. All the time. But he chose to do what he wanted to do. Here, ms. Bully herself instigated the chelas. Gauhar was not a bully or gunda!

I see kishwar more like puneet.
