As for the story, its progressing well.. the love triangle is going to be fun to read.

One amazing feature is how well Sanskaar knows Ragini. He knows her nature and knows her triggers. Frankly, you have me at asking for Ragini to never regain her memory and just process Sanskaar as she sees him now and definitely against other prospects like Shikhar.

I dont understand if Sanskaar is doing this out of guilt or friendship. I guess with more updates we will get to know.

I've given up on this show ages ago because I know it's not going to take ANY logical story or please me to watch - and so far, true.

The love triangle, I was thinking for it to be between Lakshya and the two but honestly, I also like Lakshya a lot and I don't want to ruin him or leave him heartbroken in the process 😆 so my inspiration for Shikhar came from Aashiqui - and jumping to your last point about guilt or friendship, I see Shikhar as the vacuum for that question. Basically, an interruption of someone else's feelings to make Sanskaar wonder about his own for Ragini (this is about guilt and friendship - but how will he know when it will become more than this without our Shikhar)

To be honest, I would also have a sweet little love story between SanGini in Manali. But then again, it's the easy way out for Ragini and I prefer she faced the consequences of her actions rather than conveniently forget everything.
