Why Cv's again brought Shagun with ISHRA Baby.

I couldn't understand Why Cv'sagain brought Shagun with Baby of Raman Ishita. Apart from storyline, Is there any particular reason. The Surrogacy track is forced ? So Intrigue. Why they showed that Ishita was pregnant. Its too hard to understand.

Simple reason they want shagun in the serial at any cost... And this is the only way she can remain in the serial... For that they can even loose their audience and TRPs
