It is on tellygossips...there mentioned during diwali simmi's hand got injured and she went to d hospital and shagun followed her and tells to ishitha that she has a doubt about simmi and duo will make a plan to bring simmi's truth out

But i can't believe cvs too...this may be a double crossed one
