Why don't HMs take STAND at the appropriate time?

Firstly, let me clarify, I don't agree with Kishwer's spitting incident on any level. But I'm unsatisfied with the other HMs' so-called stand.

Why didn't Diggi stop Kish from serving that drink to Rishabh? She witnessed it but didn't bother to OPEN HER MOUTH. She should have stated firmly that she doesn't agree with Kish's act & STOPPED HER! Some may say, "why must she stop her when Kish is not a kid & can think by herself?!" coz people get carried away at times n need to Stopped! But Diggi chose to support Kish by not voicing her opinion at the time😡! WHY? To keep your friendship with Kish, like seriously? You value your so-called-friendship (support actually) more than morality🤢! But she can speak up during WKV and tell Salman that she won't drink/eat anything from Kish! Why? You should've kept quiet then too. Like Usual. Why didn't she take her stand before/during the incident and not just in front of Salman?!

Salman reprimanded Kish (correct👍🏼); he supported Aman's statement "why should he tell them off, they are not some 12 year old children making mistakes" (wrong👎🏼) but he should have told off the HMs too for not voicing against Kish/Keith. Coz those who keep quiet in times of crime are equally at fault as the wrongdoer, if not more! Partners in crime...

Why did Aman even pretend to spit? Why? Tsk Tsk...

I feel that people should voice out their opinion even if everyone is against it; be it wrong or right.

Diggy and Aman are those silent but violent ones. They wanna be part of the game but dont wanna take the blame for it and remain good infront of everyones eyes.
