I only saw Kiswar spitting in the glass of water ,sucking ice-cubes and then putting into the glass.I never saw Keith spitting.So, I will comment on what I saw.

Also,Rochelle agreeing that Keith spitting is also not a proof.What if in real, Keith had also acted and maybe Roch thought that he also did but actually didn't do the act. Without Keith being there to defend himself and not having seen him doing it on the episode, I will reserve my opinion on him and give him the benefit of doubt.
