Hello, it is a free country? People have the right to express their opinion. Many look up to her for not conforming to BW standards and she gets accolades for that. At the same time, there's such a thing as criticism. Instead of being bitter about what Rishi said, she should consider it a constructive feedback. If she indeed has a health problem then she should consider communicating it to fans who maybe mistake her weight as a sign of indifference. If I were an actress, I would pay for a feedback like that because it's very easy to not see defects in oneself/one's methods.
