Delhi has a law and order situation. Disobeying traffic rules is very normal there. Driving on the wrong side of the road is another thing which is done widely only in Delhi.

Anyways ..Kishwar and Rishabh will be a good match. Lot of entertaiment for BB9 audience.

Do you have any solid research to support your allegations? Every City has the same knid of cross section of people some good some bad and some in between. Not sure where you are from but Kish can find some issues with guys/gals from that city also and then feel free to make a new topic.

Law and order is a national problem not only a Delhi problem. One needs to review crime based on incidences/100,000 (or some number like that). Larger Cities with larger population will have more crime but not on a normalized basis.

Are you playing BB game - first you degrade delhites and then say on offense? WTH?
