Please tell me why should we settle for less?

I'm seeing posts circulating around the forum that we should accept that KY2 Season 1 will never be the same as KY2 Season 2. I guess you're right in a sense but it should be BETTER no way should we just settle for anything less. I agree nothing can ever beat the first period of falling in love phase which was obviously in season 1 but it has come to the point where episodes in season 2 are not even worth watching.

Even when some of the tracks in season 1 were rubbish, MaNan and their genuine scenes would always make up for it. Now even MaNan cannot save the episodes from the way they are being portrayed. I don't mind lighthearted scenes but within the right context. You guys are saying this is not a unrealistic saas bahu show but please tell me where is the realism behind them acting like everything is rosey posey after a tragic incident.

Nandini and Manik should be going through a healing phase right now where scenes should be full of intensity and emotions. Light hearted scenes within those intense scenes would have worked ever so perfectly. But right now the spark between MaNan has dispersed for me.

Manik and Nandini's characters are getting butchered to the extreme. I want Manik Malhotra with the badass attitude but caring nature back. Nandini and her bucket list, seriously stealing without getting caught? It's so out of her nature. I would expect something more meaningful to her like dancing under the stars with Manik etc

KY2 was always great for highlighting real social issues but now where is that element of the show gone?

I love this show and I love MaNan so much that's why I want KY2 season 2 to work, I just wish the old CV's would just guide the new CV's even if it's just for a few days

I completely second you on this one...Why the hell should we settle for less??
Continuous improvement holds relevance in all evolving contexts..and this to my knowledge is a fair expectation to make.

The disconnect is very blatant..forced hugs...jarring melodies...(still stinging to my ears ) stray gestures...anything and everything dished out in the name of romance...😡...we are truly living in a fools paradise.

I guess that's a bit of impossible if Richa ma'am doesn't comes back to do the same! Because all these other writers in the industry have the daily soap typical mind lingered to them! And I wouldn't like to watch MaNan like any typical Indian serial! I remember being attracted to this single show ever in my whole life because it didn't even marked a bit of unrealistic drama in it!!! Anyways I too want season 2 to be the same! I wish Richa ma'am could have a come back! Everything could be in it's original place! Nice post by the way!

I heard a snippet of Manik's song yesterday and my ears actually hurt lol. I can't handle the cheesiness either oh Nandini you are my 'instrument', the dialogues were so not Manik. Manik is a passionate lover but there is a line between damn right cheesy and passion. You're right everything just seems so forced but I can only hope that things get better in the matter of time
