Discussion about Female Leads of Serials

I want to discuss Female Leads of some serials who are so ego centric and full of self-pride like Meher. I know that maybe I will bore you all but badly felt to share it with you. I was watching the old episodes of Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai(Story of Rockstar Angad and his love Kripa)where I remembered that Kripa also hid her son "Prateek"from Angad(under different circumstances) and there also Prateek was quite little and not so matured as Ishaan is. However,if you watch Youtube the Episode 286&specially 287 of the serial we will find similarity in dialogues in the future of Meher which was given by Kripa(I bet). In that serial(many of you must have watched it)Kripa herself blurts the truth out as there was a fire and nobody was going to save her son and she insisted Angad to save Prateek as he is Angad's son.How eishanfaramosh😡. Also,she lectures Angad badly that he cannot be a responsible father. Angad's (Iqbal Khan's) facial expressions were so good as well as the emotions. I am full faith that Abeer (Pearl)will give his 1000% emotions when he learns that. And yes,in that serial too one has witnessed forced marriage between the leads.A talli Kripa. Angad&Kripa taking revenge on each other. It was one of the rare Ekta Kapoor's shows which was brilliant and had a good story with good music and good logical ending.All total 331 episodes with good logical ending.

So I have concluded that Female leads of some of the serials are same type only. Meher being one of them.😆

kripa...how can i forget her...and i hated it when she told angad that he is not a responsible father when actually he was doting father to sur whom is kripa-prithvi daughter...he spoilt his daughter silly but was such a adorable doting father...

I agree... Im still a big fan of kyph n I still hate how kripa behaved sometimes. But never did I realised that both the shows have so much in common. Yes I remembered about prateek and the whole fire incident. Iqbal nailed it through his convincing acting and so does pearl. Both are rockstars in literal terms. But at least meher isn't exactly like kripa. She slept with prithvi just to hurt angad... I hated her... And angad... That guy raised sir like his own daughter and proved to be the best father ever. But kripa was... Well I started to hate her for her irrational ideas, revenge plans and incapability to analyse things. She always !misunderstood angad...

@naina you are right I agree - KYPH was no college romance and marriage there was forced in the 1st instance.But I would love to see Akshat (leading a vegetable life like Prithvi in hospital,coz Prithvi was "maryadapurusottam Ram" but in real instance he became "Ravan"). Kripa like Meher was doing always Prithvi-Akshat jaap. Who knows,if Meher was matured(eg.they showed College romance and then direct shaadi so no scope)&she would have done the same with Akshat to hurt Abeer if he was present in front of her eyes.
But since we are there,the creatives as well as Meher will not dare to😆

It is for sure that both the shows have certain strong common factors.

Another Female lead character I remembered is Aliya of "Beinteha".She challenged the hero Zain to prove his life by jumping off from a height. The more I am thinking,the more I am getting convinced of the insanity of lead heroines. There also marriage of convenience was shown and then separation and again marriage.

I saw in primary school when kaisa yeh pyaar hai was aired...but I used to watch it...n it was my aunt's fav show...but I don't remember the story
