one thing has been bothering me - and thought will share with the forum members:
The girl child has been stolen , or has lost his parents. After Dhani rescued her, why Viplov (lawyer), or the police (law enforcing agency) did not take her in police custody, and attempt to find her lost parents? Instead the Ashram ladies took her to the Ashram. What are the legal implications?

Also the ashram ladies have not learned from their past- sheltering strangers (tulsi) without knowing anything about the person can bring them problem.

Some how I thought it as weakness of the story. What do you alll think?

I agree sky

They are bringing the information layer by layer . They are placing track within the track

There are many side tracks under this main tracks and this is one among them . So slowly peeling off

This child track brings and changes the atmosphere of ashram and through any old vamp, they can find the place to releave her ..

Every one is busy in planning how to eradicate ashram , so through that they will complete this track .. (In order to gain TRP) are prolonging

Good point Skydome.
I too was thinking about this since policemen took that kidnapper and left the girl, and Dhani. That scene was hilarious.😆

hiya sky..
well in terms of child protection.. if they were to be considered in Jumki's case.. the child protection team would probably suggest putting her in some sort of care hostel.. rather than keep the child in the police station surroundings.. less traumatic for the child. ofcourse the carers have to be police vetted no past criminal offense charges.. seeing that the ashram widows can be seen as a "safe environment " for jhumki.. i suspect that's why the viewers are led to believe that staying n the widows hostel in temporary care is acceptable.. but yes it is a woolly area I agree..as it depends on what the law of the land stipulates..
good topic

I pointed this out yesterday as well in one of my posts. The girl is smart enough too to be able to give some indication of her parents. And as you rifghtly pointed out Viplav is a lawyer he should know the legality of the situation... Another one of those illogical events in the life of a soap I guess.
