How the gun came to Bhalla house and who kept it in Toshi's room is more important. Obviously the person who got it in is the person who took it away. The hospital staff did not come with a gun. Plus they have no motive. So they can be ruled out. It is an insider job. Only person who seems suspicious is Sarika.

Prateek asks Ishu to drop the gun.

The gun falls on the floor

Hospital staff inject her. The gun is still on the floor.

Ishu fants. Raamn rushes to hold her. The gun is still on the floor.

Hospital staff leave. Nobody bends to pick up the gun. Plus they left before the family.

Romi rushes to Ishra and they drag her out.

Camera focusses on Prateek . He looks around. At this moment they do not show the gun.

Plus they do not exactly show the family leaving the room. We are assuming it. Raman said it. But if anyone ..say Sarika was the last one to leave and hid the gun...Raman or anyone else would not have noticed because by that time, everybody was in the living room.

ACp and Romi search only that room. They did not show ACp searching other rooms.

So Sarika is prime suspect here.
