Alia. I connect more with her on-screen, she's more charismatic, she brings an endearing quality to her characters which I think Parineeti doesn't do as well.

And after Shaandaar my respect for Alia as an actress has actually gone up, it takes some talent to be really good in a film that bad.

Parineeti I find to be a better actress. She is damn good and a completely effortless performer, a very natural and spontaneous actress.

Alia except for Highway has not impressed me so far.
