~~Happy Birthday To Our Charismatic Arjun Bijlani ~~

Let us have a look of the impressive and interesting Journey Arjun has in entertainment industry in these 11 years.

Most of us are aware of the fact that Arjun started his career as a model and had featured in a number of commercials for BPL, Samsung, Sugar Free and many more. He also featured in a few music videos as well as corporate commercials.

His stepping stone in the field of acting was as Ankush in Disney Channels kids show Kaarthika'( Year 2004) where his co-star was Jennifer Winget. The following year Arjun made a cameo appearance as Vikram in the immensely popular Youth show Remix (Year 2005) on Channel Star Onewhich made him a recognizable name in the Television industry. His big break however was SAB TV's highly acclaimed show Left Right Left (2006-2008)where he played the role of good-at-heart drunkard, Cadet Alekh Sharma, who had suffered a lot in past , had lost his parents during his childhood and had been brought up in an orphanage. The ease and perfection with which Arjun played this role not only made Alekh an immensely lovable character but put Arjun in the league of top actors. His popularity soared; he got critical acclaim and he was nominated for several awards including the prestigious Indian Telly Award for 'Best Debutant' in 2006.

After leaving LRL in 2008, Arjun bagged the role of Sanjay in Colors show Mohe Rang De(2008),but soon he opted out of it. And why not, becauseArjun was destined to play the role of Mayank Sharma in Star One Campus Show Miley Jab Hum Tum(2008-2010)and as they say...the rest is history. Arjun's superlative portrayal of Mayank a studious, smart, ambitious & intelligent young guy, made Mayank (Mayu)the most lovable Sadu ever. Mayank made Arjun a craze among girls. In no time he became a household name. His fan following increased multifold and he established himself in the industry as an immensely talented, successful and charming actor.

Soon after MJHT, Arjun worked in Imagine TV Channel's show Pardes Mein Mila Koi Apna'(2011). The show was not a big success however as usual Arjun did full justice to the role of Chandrakant Bhosle(Chandu) who belongs to a middle class family & wants to fulfill the dream of his family.

After a break of few months, Arjun anchored a travel show called Road Diaries(2012) for UTV Bindass. His friendly attitude and charm made him a perfect Host and a darling among the contestants. In the same year Arjun ventured into Punjabi films and played the role of Sukkha in the comedy movie Full Fukrey'(2012), a story revolving around three brothers.

Arjun through his interviews has been expressing his desire to do something different as an actor and he got the opportunity to do so by acting in a highly experimental short film I Guess(2012) under the banner of KroSS Over Films. It was a treat watching him as Arrogant & Mischievous Maanavin this short film. Arjun did the episodic Teri Meri Love Stories(2012) on Star plus as a Tapori lover boy Raghu infusing life into the character with his genuine performance and cool persona. Arjun received tremendous response from his fans for this role.

Year 2013 brought Arjun back on screen in a new avatar in Star plus show Kaali Ek Punar Avatar where he essayed the role of Police Officer Dev who was a happy-go-lucky guy on a mission to help a mother after the untimely death of her son. His mannerism and convincing acting was very much appreciated and liked by the viewers.

Year 2013 marked the most beautiful event in Arjun's life when he got married to pretty & gorgeous Neha during May 2013. The young couple surprised us when they appeared in a couple of episodes of SAB TV silent comedy show Chintu Ban Gaya Gentleman' during their trip to Malaysia.It was fun watching this cute couple in the show.

Then Arjun did a unique show Jo Biwi Se Kare Pyaar(2013) o SAB TV. The show was a fantastic combo of romcom & cooking. It was about a newly married couple where Arjun was playing the character of Aditya, the most romantic husband on earth, who just loves his wife and can do anything for her. While the husband and wife romance with each other, the viewers also learned new recipes in each episode. As Aditya Arjun was loved and appreciated by all. He looked great, acted great and made us learn some great recipes.

We fans got the opportunity to see Arjun in UTV Bindaas Channel's episodic show- Yeh Hai Aashiqui'(2014) where he played the role of Varun astruggling assistant director in relationship with a successful doctor.It was so easy to relate to the story and Varun's character due to Arjun's impressive performance proving his mantle as an actor with extraordinary acting skills.

Arjun did yet another short film titled Caught in the Web which has been released online during 2014 and is getting appreciated in several short film festivals.In Arjun's words-" I like experimenting .I wanted to do something which has grey shades so I decided to do Karan." Arjun's scenes in this short film are highly performance oriented.

Last year Arjun has completed movie- Ho Gaya Direct Ishq. He will be seen in this triangle love story with co-stars Rajniesh Duggal and Nidhi Subbaiah.

It's one of the most precious feelings one can have in their life. I am on the top of the world. The feeling of fatherhood is really divine. No matter how much you have been tired with your work, your stress completely vanishes after you see your baby and you feel relaxed...I just love everything about him. Now, he is my priority and whatever I am doing now, is for him.'

I spend some time with my son Ayaan and then I am off to work. When I see him and I go for my work, my day goes really good. Neha keeps sending me his pictures throughout the day so I keep seeing his pictures.'

Ohh !! I am on top of the world. It's a feeling I could not express in words. But I really look forward to pack up and go home and spend time with Ayaan.'

Bilkul Papa pe gaya hai.'Mom told me Ayaan a replica of you .I guess now I have to agree. But Ayaan ur much better.

All these words of Arjun say it all about his happiness & joy of being a father. An extremely loving and caring father, Arjun believes in inculcating all the right values in his child from a young age. He loves to spend quality time with his son and is all set to evolve as a fantastic and responsible dad by being his son's best friend, guide, pillar of strength and source of immense love & blessings.

He came, he rocked and he made us fall in love with him. Shikhar, a happy go lucky and extremely positive guy wooed the viewers with his youthful charm, exuberance, wittiness and sensibility. He brought freshness to the show with his funny one liners and fun filled nature, making viewers smile & connect to his character instantly.

Shikhar Mehra a lawyer by profession might appear in first glance as a sharp-witted, money minded guy, but deep down he was as a man of big heart. Not only he saved Ishani's life but like a true friend & lover always stood by her, supported her and trusted her.

Shikhar Mehra, a man with golden heart emerged as a very genuine person...a sorted & level headed man, a true friend, a selfless lover, a saviour, a person who knew the meaning of trust and understanding in relation, a person who realized what true & pure love is all about, a person who sacrificed his love for the happiness of his friend & love of life..Ishani. It was really heart wrenching to see Shikhar pretending to be all strong and fighting with his pain of losing and letting go Ishani...the only girl he truly loved.

The last scene of Shikhar biding adieu to RV & Ishani conveyed so much about his goodness and greatness.

Shikhar has been a complete package of romance, humour, intensity, positivity and sensibility. His transformation from a flirt to a true lover has been fantastic.

Shikhar...we smiled with you, we cried with you. You charmed us with your persona & charisma.

Arjun's Charm, immense talent and huge screen presence added immensely to the dynamics and vibrancy of Shikhar's character. Arjun with his phenomenal acting & brilliant portrayal of Shikhar made Shikhar extremely adorable and memorable, leaving viewers amazed and awe-stuck.

Produced by Balaji Telefilms, Naagin' is a saga of love and revenge. A finite series, Naagin will bring alive the folklore of Icchadhari Naagin. The show is supposed to illustrate a dramatically obsessive love story of reincarnation glancing through various layers of buried sentiments.

Naagin explores the life of Ritik who believes that love and religion are distractions as they make you weak. But his beliefs are challenged when he comes face-to-face with Shivanya (Mouni Roy).
