I don't think mandana has completely changed the sides.. She is being friendly with rimi, digi and aman too. And her reason for voting sayyush was okay too. A we know kishwer and yuvika consoled her when she was missing her bf so maybe she genuinely wants to mend her relationship with kish , yuvika etc.
Rochelle and keith on the other hand are always seen chipkufy with each other so she cannot always stick to them. And im sure she is loyal to keith and rochelle and its just that she's being cordial with everyone in the house and when the time will come she will definitely support rochelle, keith over kishwer etc
