Hey guys am just here guessing ishaan's secret.
Do you think that he is responsible for this family's death 4yrs back?
Coz that makes sense as he says that if preet comes to know the secret she won't forgive him.
And even sana say's why are u concerned soo much about family sarcastically which also indicates that if he killed his own family then y he his soo concerned about this family.

This is just my guess...

Yes very true. there is some big mystery. and Ishaan is surely responsible for preet's family mishap.
or he is an imposter. But now he seems to be a changed man and genuinely concerned about preet.
This sana irritates me. why at all ishaan is afraid of her
