I don't beleive this cameo story at all. I remember when he first came on board out of curiosity I watched an outtake segment. He then said that only in a few months time that the truth of Mahira and Azaad's past connection will come into play. (He was saying Past lives). So the implication was there for a past life connection type story. But I think they scrapped the idea. I seriously doubt the role was a cameo. Why would Harshad Arora want to do a cameo role? But Harshad was replaced by RBS coz channel thought Harshad looked too chocolate boy for the role of a half vampire type character.

I think what happened was they realised with this story and this pairing they were not getting enough TRP. So when the show would have been given more time, they decided to kill off RBS character and bring in a well known actor in his place. Enter Avinash. Maybe he has been told not to disclose the truth and therefore he is saying the role was a cameo. Male leads are not cameos. Those are usually played by 2nd leads! We all know 4 Lions once again played their dirty trick.

Sarita do you really beleive this story of cameo role and this long lost son? It was an afterthought just like Tanveer's non existent daughter that suddenly appeared out of the blue. This whole thing was done so they can carry on the show for longer. They must have been told by the channel they have more time and decided to scrap the story of Vampire and bring in this new brother and do the whole heart transplant thing. They also had the backstop "widow" story that they had planned for IPKKND and never got to do. This time they have a good chance. Especially coz AZMA was so short lived, this was their golden chance to introduce a widow's moving on story without too much backlash. It's harder when the couple is more established. That is why they didn't try it before.

I think RBS has probably singed a "non disclosure" agreement. Non of the Male leads or second leads who left the show openly dissed the PH other than Vikrant Massey. For that the PH went after him. They didn't even pay him. He critised them for non payment and they hit back and tried to discredit him. The same would have happened to RBS if he had tried to critisize the PH. So he didn't. Simple as that! This is 4 Lions we are talking of. Everyone is disposable for them, and they will do anything for TRP!

Just hope after avi if the male lead thing is offered to any male actor no one should take it due to which they have to end the show because in all probability even avis character may die and so may mahiras character which may bring qh to season 5. Hope avi is the last lead and theres a happy ending.
