Her nose definitely looks different. I was gonna say maybe it's highlighting and contouring tricks, but who knows. She definitely got a lot fairier.

I don't think she has gotten plastic surgeries done...I was watching some of her old interviews/appearances in shows (OSO and Bachna Ae Haseeno days) and her structure seems the same.

As far as it goes for skin whitening, I'm not exactly sure. It could just be cuz of those trends several years back of using too much bronzer...even Kareena used to look darker than her original skin colour.
