was perfection. The whole thing was great, actually. How she handled those inane questions and answered everything with such grace and added so much humor, that even Karan had to let out a laugh a couple of times. The most fascinating part was watching her pick the words she would speak. When she said the "deserved is a hard word" thing. Aahh. She said it so beautifully and intelligently, never just rushing to blurt out the first thing that came to her mind.
But getting back to her last answer at the Conclave. Amazing. I laughed so hard. So did Shobha De, Koel Purie, and the man sitting next to her. They understood immediately. Surprisingly, it was Shobha De who pitched the ball and Katrina just knocked it out of the park and ended the proceedings on the absolute perfect note. It was a slap in the face of Karan and his interviewing skills and I don't think he realized what had just happened until afterwards. Someone must have told him about it, that's why the article from him came a few days later..an admission of begrudging respect.
