Pranav tells Sneha that they will be first to look at Bhavna's baby together. Pranav says he won't be able to live without Sneha if she dies. They laugh over it. Bhavna gets a nightmare that no one in the family willing is look at her baby first. She also dreams that after finding out that the baby is a girl child, Manoj asked the nurse to throw away the baby in streets. She wakes up and can't sleep all night.
Parag (Dilip Rawal is very talented.. didn't know he was nominated for best actor in comic role for gold awards) is joking with Sneha and Jyoti. He calls Sneha "Khatron Ke Khiladi" and pulls Jyoti and Faiba's legs. Pranav teases Jyoti saying that being the eldest daughter-in-law of the family, the honor of having a look at Bhavna's baby should be given to Jyoti. Jyoti looks at them all.
Bhavna tells the family that she doesn't want to have the baby. Manoj keeps on harping that he wants a son only. Manoj supports Bhavna not having this baby due to Baba's predictions. Bhavna can't stand it and goes to her room. Mansukh hears this and tries to talk to Manoj and says he has no heart. Manoj shuts up Mansukh by saying that after all he is Mansukh's son so he is like Mansukh.
Mansukh comes to Bhavna and talks to her. He is able to have Bhavna change her mind. Bhavna asks Mansukh if he would be able to talk to Manoj for a girl child. But Mansukh promises to be in her side if she promises to give birth to the baby. They promise eachother. Jyoti and Daya are seeing all this and Jyoti asks Daya to talk to Masukh about Karan.
Daya and Jyoti are worried about Karan as Jyoti had seen Karan coming out of the hospital the other day. Daya asks Jyoti to take home-made food for Karan. Mansukh asks where Jyoti is going. Jyoti makes up a story that her kids forgot their tiffin box so she is taking the food to their school. Mansukh asks her to have Parag do the work but Jyoti says that she asked bur Parag refused to go to the school.
Faiba comes to Mansukh with a cup of tea and spills the beans that Jyoti had packed the children's tiffin in the morning in front of her. Mansukh asks Daya so Daya tells him that Jyoti in fact went to see Karan as she was worried for Karan.
Jyoti asks Karan about Sapna. Karan tells Jyoti that he and his wife had a fight and she left for US. Now she wants Karan to leave the house and her dad's business. Jyoti tells Karan why he didn't remembered the family and Karan complaints that no body in the family informed him about the problems Bhavna was going on with. It was Parag who told him. Jyoti asks Karan to come home but Karan says he is sure bapuji wont' accepts him back.
The doorbell rings at Shah household. Mansukh opens the door. Jyoti and Karan are shocked. Mansukh first taunts Karan for leaving the house to stand on his own but later welcomes back Karan. Now Jyoti Faiba and Daya are shocked as they didn't expected Mansukh to accept Karan back.. and wonders what Mansukh is upto.
