Lets Try N Know 'Whats Up with Angie'

Hello everyone..

as Dr. Anjali gupta is turning mysterious i thought why not try n understand her character ...😳

well those who are wondering who is this newbie here 😳..let me introduce myself a bit😊 i am anu ... a silent member in dmg rite from day 1 why silent ...🤔 coz i hardly find time to surf thru topics n reply i come watch videos.. and then get back to work

so i was talking about Dr anjali Gupta ... for starters she is Dr. shashank gupta's daughter ....who is determined to prove herself as a good doctor ...now lets explore various aspects of her personality😛

As a sister: for some reason i feel her character is more fit for that of a younger sister than a older one coz older ones are usually more protective n responsible like ridhima unlike angie... 😕

but yes she is lil protective about ridhima ... depends on her for trivial things... believes that she should lead ridhima n not learn something even if its good... this is why she gets envious at times But at the same time when ridhima needs a professional advice angie is always there to guide her n finds satisfaction too at this ...😊

As a Daughter : Spoilt brat... attention seeking child ... very possesive about her parents ... yet determined to fulfill her dad's dream ...

As a Dream girl : Sweet.... Practical...(can handle any guy😉) stern n bold...in short 21st century girl

As a person: highly determined ... assertive....extremely practical... moderately sensitive ... envious...Can say she is selfish as she always seeks attention from her dad n nani even if its at the cost of hurting ridhima ..wants to out do everybody...get recognised n appreciated ...has a lil kind of superiority complex .....and wants to reach the top

now lets analyse what she feels for armaan😛 -

situation n her personal feelings (according to me what she might have felt)

at 1st sight : the only sensible ...practical n good looking guy in the hospital...

when he flattered her: he knows my worth😛

when he started avoiding her : i think i m losing my attention...😭

when she takes up the bet : thank god hes not serious about ridhima ... if he was he wouldnt have accepted the bet

when mini hints towards ridhima on mondays episode: now whos this ...(later) here also ridz is trying to win over my frend 😳

Now if were to go by the title track... atul n anjali are paired together but with deviation ie armaan...

somehow i feel anjali is sister padma's daughter reasons being like..

the way she behaves with sister padma n dr. shashank not liking her attitude the way Dr shashank always tries to make anjali realise her responsibility towards her lil sister .... the immediate attention which is given to her at home the moment she demands for it ... Dr. shashank saying i hope my daughetr too accepts the fact n reacts in the same way as atul did when atul's identity was disclosed ..most probably points towards angie as she is the lil aggressive one(may be) possible positive impacts on her like her stern attitude might change once she comes to know of the truth.....then she might support atul as she will be able to empathise with him ... that might lead to a much expected n anticipated love track of atul n anjali ...
• where some argue that nani's attitude towards anjali points towards ridhima being adopted ... i feel she is same to both of them ... when ridhima was selected as IOM she had made a sweet dish for her too n when shashank says that its time we let the kids know about thier truth ... she says she cant afford to loose any of them... all of the above doesnt show a sign of discrimination on her part so i feel she loves both equally...

but again i dont deny the possibility of Ridz being the adopted one being more but if this is gonna be the case i hope angie is sensitve towards her orelse ridz will have a real emotional breakdown

please take no offense to any of my above comments n views they are purely based on episode observations... n personally i like both sunaina n shilpa equally its just that i had certain confusions and perceptions regarding the role of Dr. anjali and as its not a much discussed about topic i decided to open a topic and acknowledge different views on the same ...

I completely agree wid u! Atul-Anji wid Armaan as deviation n anjali being the adopted one..

Nice analysis Anu, much as I believed until recently that Anji would be the adopted kid, I believe its gonna be Ridzy...

Anji being the adopted is so stereo typical... of bollywood that we have been watching...

Ridzy being the adopted one and looking upto her father would take that relation to a diff height and may be Padma's last wish would be to get Ridz and Armaan married , considering she will get to know abt it soon... and Dr Shashaank will stand by the promise... Nothing dramatic... but clearcut case.. of ppl falling in love and getting their love and their parents standing by it...
And Anji's character may evolve then... to show the various shades she has to her persona... of beginning to realize her priorities and acceptance of all that is happening...

well just wanna say one that is armaan is serious bout ridz n he accepted bet only because he do not want angie 2 know that he really luv ridz........may be.

i agree i never blamed armaan 😛 after yesterdays episode even i feel ridz is the adopted one.. n anjali was quite sweet to sister padma too though lil sarcastic i felt😕

Great analysis of the Anjali's character!👏 I was thinking the same thing when it came to Anjali being Padma's daughter... but then again I'm really into Ekta soaps, so I've started to think like her.

@sareeta: I would love see how the story unfolds if Riddhima is adopted, it would be different and interesting... something never before seen on television. Cuz if Anjali was adopted and found out, I would hate to think she would turn into an Ayesha(Kayamath) type!! 🤢
