Ankur's cheating everyone

It seems he lost interest in Woh Rehnnewali Mehon Ki even before he had quit it.
Ankur Nayyar, who was seen in Woh Rehnnewali Mehon Ki, has now signed Left Right Left. But the actor it seems lost interest in Woh even before he had quit it.
In fact in some of the most dramatic scenes when the lead character dies, the actor Woh Rehnnewali Mehon K. So, the production unit used a body double and infused the actual scenes after shooting at a later time with Ankur for close-ups.
Is this just because Ankur's too busy or is it just that the serial, post the generation leap had Ankur in the lead role, but things changed when Aamir Ali was brought into the picture. Since Aamir's track with Reena Kapoor garnered higher TRPs the focus shifted to them while Ankur was left with a smaller, not-so-important role
