I don't think it's love or anything, I feel it's more sympathy towards him. Dhaani will not cross that line towards love that easily I feel...she knows her limits.

But Dhaani knows how much his family is yearning for him, he leads such well sophisticated life with his family and here in Ashram he tries to make everyone happy and leads such a normal life, sleeping on the floor and all...so I feel she wants the truth
