But even Bihaan doesn't have the right to first marry her and then later try to unite her with Dhruv? Where does Bihaan get that right from? To think that he had the audacity to actually marry her without her knowledge what ever the circumstance, then I think she shud be given the right to slap him.

Look dear, r8 now you are talking from Bihaan's POV. But right now Thapki is unaware of it all. As far as she is concerned, Bihaan married by himself and hence he is responsible for everything. As audience, I agree, we know the circumstances under which he married. So from her POV she is completely correct.

I agree completely that Bihaan's life is also completely destroyed and but for that he can only blame his mother and himself and not Thapki. I am not at all sympathising with Thapki. I am just stating her rights thats all.

That is indeed very true. Considering the fact that Vasu overworks her other two daughters-in-law, not to mention the stupid and humiliating tasks she asks them to do in order to punish them, Tapki has no clue of how lucky she really is.

Now she is treated like the daughter of the house and so she is having the best treatment. She cooks only when she wants to and does nothing else (I am not saying she is supposed to do something since she considers herself a guest)

But imagine what Vasu would have treated her if her marriage to Druvh had happened either way. Vasu would have been even more tough to her than she is to her other two bahus. And Druhv would have never noticed because he is always too busy with his work and Tapki would not have complained because she respects the elders too much.

I personally believe that if Bihaan had refused to marry Tapki and the marriage to Druvh had happed, Vasu would have still found a way to break it and Tapki would have been even more heartbroken than she is now. With silly intrigues Vasu would have turned Druhv against his wife sooner or later.
