Asking my Grandparents of some books, they tell me about books of great authors that involve really old titles and none are romantic (my most beloved novels are romantic ones. I don't read anything other than romantic novels, mostly). They tell me books about history of India. And of course, bhajans.

Asking my parents, they tell me about sci-fi books and medical ones. My both parents being doctors, their focus was almost always on studies. They were a kind of 'toppers'.

Hey, I'm not bragging! My parents are just very smart and the best parents in the whole world! 😆

Asking my sister, well, she has some books. She usually tells me all the classics she's read besides Harry Potter series. Some potterhead she is. She has the whole series and hands me the first book everytime I ask her what I should read next.

Asking my folks here. they're brilliant! They tell me exactly the book I'd like to read!

I love you guys! 😳😳

So what do you prefer, Classics of Teenage novels?

My preference is Teenage novels. I LOVE classics, too, but teenage novels are just too easy to get and not have much intensity. I like intense books, but not always. And mostly, these days, I'm not really into classics. Classics, like others believe, are not boring. AT ALL! But I like Teenage novels more!

Currently I'm into teenage novels too. It's not that classics aren't interesting but YA teenage books are so much more relatable. For me the best kinds of books are those in which you can easily put yourself in the shoes of the main character, which make you feel that it's your story. And that is kind of hard to do with classics.

Actually, YA novels are usually, according to me, in the female's pov. I kinda love that about teen novels. Whereas in classics, there is just 3rd person pov. Yes, relating to YA novels is much more easier on so many levels. I'm kinda in love with YA novels now.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower and 13 Reasons Why are the YA novels I read recently and both of them are really amazing...theu aren't meant for light reading cause they mostly deal with the issues teenagers face like bullying and peer pressure but they do impart great lessons...I also love Sophie Kinsella's books such as Twenties Girl and Can You Keep a Secret? They aren't teenage novels but fall more into the romcom category...Which are ur favourites?

Sweet choices. I have read 13 Reasons Why and I see why you tell they aren't meant for light reading. I know what intensity the book has. I'm gonna try Perks of Being a Wallflower and Twenties Girl along with Can You Keep A Secret? soon.

Romcom is my favourite-st. 😃

Mine are thousands. Twilight by Stephanie Meyer, Divergent by Veronica Roth, Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire, Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver, Delirium by Lauren Oliver, If You Come Softly, The Notebook and A Walk To Remember by Nicholas Sparks, Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover, Hopeless and Finding Hope by Colleen Hoover.

They're all worth a read at least. 😉
