I think he came there to sponsor for the Dussera event.

I want him to be there in mm. I want him see him atleast 10 min everyday onscreen.

So tad I can see taliya panic
Or
Bulbul the plotter can doubt him being Tanu father..
Or
Abhi gets to know the truth..

I voted Nikhil wants to keep an eye on Tanu. He may end up sponsoring too.

I want him to come and see Tanu everyday and drive her crazy. I want him to scare the living daylights out of Taliya. And out comes the truth!

Uninvited guest but will make an excuse like talking about the ad and everyone will invite him for navratri and he will be around MM and Pradabul seeing Taaliya disturbed and get a clue or Abhi hearing Takhil conversation or Nikhil holding Tanu.
