Regarding bleeding

It was abit awkward when Raman was looking at shogun from down to up that she will bleed I think Raman has gone crazy even if manoj tells him Raman has to sleep with Shagun to make the pregnant hard he will sleep co Raman is becoming really crazy with a baby now .

Can anyone tell me you mean shogun was been put the eggs for ishita right plus sperm of Raman co j don't know more of surrogate

It is Ishitha's eggs n Raman's sperm...fertilised outside...then inserted into the womb of the surrogate mother. She would carry the baby till delivery. But here Shagun n Raman are overdoing it.
