Will you say that if it was a girl? He deserves punishment but please don't make rape as a punishment to be awarded if somebody is bad. That means all the mean bad women in the show can be raped to reform them or punish them🤢. Anyway they showed it with sanchi who suddenly became all goody after becoming rape victim.

Kundan was not just a mean nasty fellow. He is a rapist. He raped one girl and would have raped another girl if he had a chance to. And we think rape is a bad punishment for him 😳. How kind we are to a rapist.

Rape cannot be a punishment even for a rapist - If that happens there will never be an end to this heinous act called rape.

Nice. We are too kind to rapists. This way they will never know the pain of the victim and they can continue with their crimes. Anyway that's my opinion. Not here to pass rules and declare what punishment should or should not be given to them. I personally would think the rapist still didn't get his due even when he was subjected to such punishment.

Rape is such a nasty word I wouldn't want anyone to experience it ever. Kundan is a rapist. He raped Urmi and almost Nimboli. But he's going through hell in that rehabilitation. I will continue to enjoy if those guys keep on torturing him. It suits him so much to go through that misery. But I wouldn't want those guys to rape him because I'm loving those guys at the moment and if they do anything like a rape then it will make me hate those guys and feel sorry for Kundan which I don't want.

Nose for nose and ear for ear. Some countries follow these things like stoning, public lashing etc. But there is NHRC who will take note of these things because our country is secular democracy and not theocracy or autocracy.

Brutal punishment may harden the criminal and he may become more brutal. Once released, he may become a serial rapist or acid thrower or sadist. Do we want such men roamoing around us?

This is the biggest challenge for civilised countries. The punishment does not match the crime. Either it will be too much or too less.

Some suggest castration. Or life imprisonment with hard labour. Lowering age for juvenile crimes.

Kundan's answer is not rape. He will not know anything different otherwise. Wishing the same punishment for a juvenile as the crime he has committed is just not right.

I don't know how many of the people here who have posted that rape is a befitting punishment for Kundan are men and how many are women. But we are all human, I hope? So we can at least have the common decency of showing some humanity and understanding that rape is an assault on the mind, body and soul of a human being. It is one of the worst things that a person can go through and so let us not become deplorable here and wish it on a man-child who is the sum total of his upbringing, even if he himself is horrible. Nobody deserves rape. By this logic, it should replace capital punishment in this country, shouldn't it?

Moderators, in my opinion, this topic needs to be banned. I came here thinking that it was a spoiler or a prediction but I found that it is a sick debate about whether a human being deserves rape or not.
