yesterday at hospital Bulbul called Abhi jiju so surely that should trip some alarm clocks

shouldn't be a big deal (unless she was in disguise at the time) as my mom calls her ex-bhabhi, bhabhi.. it's from habit..

Don't think this is a big deal. Abhi is still nice to the Aroras and they have not fogotten their old bonds. But BB being there itself can be a problem as Tannu and Abhi might get suspicious.
