thats the only word that comes to me after seeing Riya, day after day...

she is whining, complaining, visiting her parents, without informing anyone as in-laws...despite been given a responsibility back home...she doesnt try to mingle with her SIL's n when they MU her, n says something to save their mom from her insults, she feels bad...

she thinks she doesnt owe anyone anything, yet everyone should pamper her... neglect her flaws... praise her... Kushiya cooked for her first rasoi...yet all she sees is Kushiya's scolding...and not when she calls her beta...

what have you turned your female lead into, cv's...day by day m hating her more...

especially when i see Rani...who gave a big fat dowry to that evil woman...despite that she is rejected everyday by her husband...she has been sent off to the balcony to sleep...she has to face insults from Sarla n Pari everyday, who treats her as a servant only...

and as if all this wasnt enough, Sarla called police to get her arrested for stealing her own jewellery...

all i feel like saying is...someone please take Riya to see Rani's current state...than maybe she will realize how lucky she is

I disagree, Riya maybe spoilt but Rani is chalak and cunning, she can hold her own.

Rani is giving tit for tat with Sarla at the moment which is not entertaining at the moment.

Where as Riya is not confident or chalak, she hasn't had the experience of dealing with characters such as Shanti and co.

Rani has had experience since she has been a child.

So it natural she is complaining, she is looking for support from hubby dear at the moment but he aint giving her any.

Rani maybe good or bad...m not championing her behavior...but what she is going through...since the time she got married, is far worse then what Riya has encountered...

and Riya for all her smartness, needs to open her eyes a bit...agreed Shivam n Nimmi-priti are at fault for not telling her shanti's truth...but she is still roaming around in her la la land...expecting a fairy tale life...and cribbing because its not so in her case...

whatever mistake Kushiya n nimmi has done...even Riya has not taken a single step to reconcile with Kushiya...Shivam has been telling her atleast this much that she needs to understand Kushiya's mentality...yet instead of talking to her, she keeps in her own world, crying buckets n going wherever she feels like, despite knowing that someone has put some responsibility on her and is expecting her at home...wud she have done the same thing at office...had her boss given her some task, wud she have spent time elsewhere without informing her boss about her whereabouts...then why so much dis regard for her sasural n MIL...clearly shows that she gives two hoots to her in-laws...only Dadiji is cute in her point of view...

I don't think Riya can make a step to make amends, cause Kushiya won't stand her questioning her and Nimmi won't let Riya justify her actions cause she will think Riya is arguing with her.

This situation is a complete mess, the not so fanstastic four should have had these chats earlier on with Riya and told her about the family parampara.

They have dug their own grave, I am afraid.

I don't agree. Riya may not know how to cook, she may not have the experience of living

in a large family and she may not be able to penetrate the barriers of misunderstanding running all across Shanti Sadan but she is a girl who has no malicious intentions,

no greed , no ulterior motives and certainly holds no grudges. She was genuinely pleased

to see that Nimmi 's work was appreciated. She has a large heart to feel happy for Nimmi.

Everyones's attached to sarees etc from one's wedding trousseau . Khushiya took the sarees

without riya's knowledge and Nimmi burnt them in front of her. I don't think its easy to forget &

forgive such things.

Khushia spoke very rudely to Riya's father also. Its praise-worthy that Riya holds no grudges and

says that timewill heal and improve things.

That she has learnt to cook , has forgiven and never shouts back at

anyone show her to be a nice person. She goes to work + tries to help in household work.

And all this within a few weeks of marriage. How is she spoilt? What else must she do

and how fast?

As for Rani, the girl who pushed her prospective MIL into a well, what can we say? Sarla deserves

Rani's actions. 👏 But I'm sure no one else would want a girl who can push them

into a well as a DIL.😲

And the way she throws herself at Amit. Its funny but could we ever accept such a character

as a heroine?

I don't personally agree with the dowry-system or with the idea of women 'winning'

over unwilling men & 'making them' fall in love . If a man doesn't love a lady, he won't want to

come close despite giving a big fat dowry(your words). On the other hand, if he comes close

because of the dowry , then is it a good thing?

If a girl like Riya sees how Amit & Sarla treat Rani, she would

probably offer her some help & ask her to pack her bags & leave that abusive relationship..

I find Riya is very innocent and nave. Her world revolved around dad and Bunty for the most part and then Sahil. She did not have a mother to guide her . So how is she to know. She is doing the best she can and as far as she is concerned the only person to explain things to her is Daadi. She does not know daadi's nature prior to marriage and this is where I feel Shivam is big time at fault for not explaining things to her.

@ Bold I think she does know every basic thing a normal person needs to know .

Her father has guided her n been there for her.

Well now if ppl look for a " shy nodding cow" & "miss know it all maid" in the name of bhaurani, nobody can help.
