I like it. It stands there unflinchingly witnessing all the drama, soaking it all in without being judgemental. Tall and erect, ever willing to help you take the weight off your feet. The colours may not agree with everyone but it is sturdy and loyal unlike some of the characters.

On a more somber note, it is a sad day for the actors when an audience starts noticing and commenting on the furniture on the set.

It's a chair that makes you sit up straight!
To me, there's symbolism there. You can't slouch or relax. Almost like a "time out" chair where you can send someone and ask them to reflect on what they did! 😊
About the aesthetics and colors - no comment.

NorthNode and Prani, good symbolisms! I am ok with the throne kursi, just don't like the maroon and brown stripes, they aren't easy on my eyes and distract me from the real drama.
