They showed Raman entering IshRa room and Ishita throwing cushion on him as she is very angry on him..He has brought a rose for her and gets romantic with her with that rose but his phone rings n so he picks up the call.VO says call is from Dr.Manoj as Shagun's condition is not good.Ishita makes angry face as he leaves the room..
