Yes, this is a stupid tv series, but it somewhere or the other affects people! I actually wonder if we were to put ourselves in the place of the person who has been cheated on, who has been denigrated continuously, who has been made to feel worthless, whose child has been turned against him/her, what exactly would our reaction be? Would we accept that person back in our life and open ourselves again to such trauma?
