Honestly what is it with people and not getting the term right. 😡 A step sister is someone who's related to you because of marriage between your parent and their's without any BLOOD relation. If you have blood relation even from one side it does not make you a step sibling.

RAGINI IS SWARA'S HALF SISTER NOT STEP SISTER. Please stop misusing that term, for the last time so everyone gets it...

Jasmin, sorry, i too have frequently blundered and used the 'stepsister' term. It's mostly that the translation in regional languages for 'half-sibling' is 'sautela'. :(

So do they have the same mother or the same father???

Haven't watched this from beginning. I thought they had no blood relation.

i am a SWARAGINI fan...

i love how swara used to take care of ragini and ragini used to share all the stuff with her..

they are blood sisters with the same father.

they have the same father...they are blood sisters...its only their mothers are different which makes them half blood sisters...Swaragini shares a blood relationship...

no they r step sisters see in ramayan ,lord ram is the son of dashrath & kaushalaya, bharat is the son of kaikayei & dashrath so they r called step brothers likewise here too same father but different mother

nopes...they are called half blood brothers...their father is one...but different mothers...step is used when the parents are married but their kids are from different ex-spouses...they have no blood relation
