There is no point in reporting the account as only the person being impersonated can file a report with Instagram. So the option is to reach out to Parth Samthaan and let him know about the fake account misleading fans and pretending to be him and encourage him to report that account. There is another loophole, the Parents of Parth Samthaan are also authorized to report the account and Instagram provides a form for that also.
