Review week 12

I guess I am a bit later posting my review post for this week 😕 I just got a chance to watch the episodes today so now that I have, I can share my views. 😊 this week, the scoring was ridiculous in most cases 🤢 one or two really good performances though.

Shamita:
First performance: the sing comparison with the hip hop was amazing. I loved the fact deepak chose hip hop dance form for a 90s song. I was thinking another Bollywood performance was coming my way 🥱 it was a really good attempt although I felt the choreography could've been improved especially at this stage when there are only 2 weeks remaining. They were highly over scored 😲 that performance to be was a 35. 36 would be the maximum. Giving 10 to that performance in the initial week would make more sense
Second performance: sanjeeda was the perfect tadka for the pair. They are similar in dancing in many ways. Both are as graceful and bold as one another which was needed in the form deepak chose. I love the song so I enjoyed it even more 😛 choreography was good and sanjeeda and shamita both did a le of justice to what they were told but I think that having sanjeeda as a tadka is something to be overwhelmed about in itself as she is a hell of a good dancer and has a lot of potential so deepak coupe definitely made the choreography 10 times more complicated. Score was justified I would say.

Sanaya:
First performance: I loved the entertaining factor to the performance. Sanaya did a lot of justice to the avatar she was given 😛 however, there was a lot more drama and playing about than actual dance 😕 it's quite shocking Jai would take this risk at this stage. Many steps were not synchronized. Despite all this, I think for this particular performance they were slightly underscored. 35 would've been better.
Second performance: Jai was given one of the most popular stars as a tadka alongside sanaya who he already has, and he still chose to do this kind f a performance. The choreography was very weak. Shahid was right here; Jai was given a tadka who was drasthi and he decided to carry on with the first idea that came to his mind. He coulee done a LOT more! I don't agree with the scores, I think they were overstocked here. 33 would've been appt.

Faisal:
First performance: it was a beautiful act. Faisal and vaishnavi are definitely star dancers of the stage this year 😃 there is always something new in their act all the time. All thanks to Vivek for his superb choreography. Score was justified.
Second performance: now, this was the performance of the day. It had entertainment, hard core dancing, drama and literally everything! 👏 one of the acts I enjoyed most in this season. Again, I'm happy with the score. It deserved a full 40.

Anita:
First performance: this was another one of my favorite 90s act. Loved the romantic side of Anita and sanam. They share great chemistry. Some of the lifts were superb. The ending was obviously made more special by inviting her husband 😳 score was justified.
Second performance: i was disappointed with their teen ka tadka. Sanams chronograph was beautiful; no doubt in that but I think he over goes OTT with his ideas and Anita is not able to cope with it yet. I felt she was lost on the act today. Vishal also felt quite uncomfortable doing all the lifts. Some steps weren't synchronized. Star of the performance was definitely sanam. I think the score should 33/34.

Mohit:
First performance: firstly, he shouldn't be given govinda song. Seeing him in all these weeks, I never really thought f him as an energetic dancer, he comes more into the category of dancing smoothly. He couldn't do justice to that song so I didn't really like the performance. Overstocked. 34/35 would've been appt.
Second performance: I loved their teen ka tadka. It was another damn entertaining act with Gautam and mohit 😳 I'd prefer to disagree with the judges because I did notice bhavna again in this performance although mohit and Gautam equally 😳 loved the fact that bhavna today got credit for her dancing from shahid 😃 score was justified

My pov which is disagreeable with you. Worst Sanaya dance.A big mistake by Jay.

The choreography for the 90s song was good. They could have added more hard core hip hop moves but it was done smoothly. 40 should have been reserved for Faisal's act this episode. That really was a 40 even with a mistake.

Sanjeeda was a great choice and the song was good. I like the song too. Choreography was okay but it could have been slightly sped up. Agreed with Ganesh about the pauses. It was done cleanly at places and it all looked good. Yeah she is a great dancer herself. Couldn't decide who to watch, Sanjeeda or Shamita. I watched Sanjeeda 😆 as I like her more 😊

I was confused at first but the act was okay. I would have expected a more difficulty choreography though the tumble she did and some other moves were difficult. Synchronisation was not too bad but Jai should bring his A game and put it up a notch.

This one could have been much better. Individually the girls danced well with Jai. Concept could have been better along with the song. I feel like maybe they should have done Second Hand Jawani if he wanted to use this concept.

This, this is what I always wanted. It was speechless. He's not even a classical dancer but pulled it off so well. From his initial start where he was out of sync with with vaishnavi to now. He's got back into his dancer skin and I am so excited to see what they bring next.

Akshat was fabulous and did not stop them from doing amazing. Would have loved a DID Rohan or Saumya but this was well packaged. Definitely agree with the score.

Anita:

This one was so good. She and Sanam look great and her expressions are really good too. So wish she came earlier. She'd been a contender as well and with Sanam would have grown a lot as well.

this was really not good. From the beginning. The song's energy was not in their dance. All the balloons too. Why were they even there?

Govinda is govinda. No one can do his songs the same. Mohit tried his best and I felt bhavna was out of place. I prefer him with marischa. I didn't enjoy it that much.

I am split on this. Firstly all I could think was, they would look so much better in black shirts. Plus it felt messy. Mohit's dancing was okay. His moves were good but I got confused between who was who and it just did not look clean. Again not a performance with this close to the finals. Bhavna is a great dancer but her pairing with these guys and the concept just didn't click for me.
