About saree issue, if kaushalya was wrong in taking sarees from Riya's bag then Riya was also wrong in declaring this is her saree.

How was she so sure?

Cant two sarees be alike?

She should have asked Kaushalya later.

Yes u r right.. But in what way? K expecting from her children to stand by her side is 100% justified but against whom? Shanti or Riya?

Her children grown up seeing their mom being stamped to the ground nd being used as doormat by dadi and bua, so their anger towrds dadi and bua is justified but not k doing the same thing as her saas and expecting her son to do the same with her wife, is it correct for a person like kaushalya?

How can the children support K when they were shocked at her outburst?

I mean she was shrill and almost incoherent - all that pent up emotions of years finally being released.

I am realizing she is like a ball - whoever kicks her to whichever corner, she will bounce there happily. But heaven forbid, ask her to decide where to go and she becomes panicky. Yesterday, she kept saying 'I don't know what to do'. I understand but surely after years of suppression, a person does have secret wishes that given the chance they will act upon?

Still I want to see her empowered.

Ashok is the male Kaushaliya...but I like him. Why? because he is very aware that he is being suppressed whereas K thinks she is being loved by her MIL and nanand!
