Niti loved the show from her heart and this show by no means was just a jumping ground for her unlike Parth.
Parth is more calculative and chooses things which will boost his career. (nothing wrong in that-to each their own) thats why no matter which ever show he chooses he will never be emotionally invested in it and will always be in the look out of better opportunities and when they come he will move on.
On the other hand Niti is more of heart than mind.If she likes the people, the channel and then she is all for it. Be it being connected with her fans or the people on the show she gives it her all.

I seriously dont understand y did the Channel and the Production failed to get the pulse of the audience.
The audience needed Manan.. Had they bought in a good replacement for Parth and given the story a sensible treatment half of the hue and cry would have died long back.
There still would have been few who would have cribbed about getting Parth back, but majority of us would have easily moved on with the new story.

Manan was essential to the story, sidelining that and getting a copy-paste dude Maddy , caused them the ratings. I remember when the season was about to begin mostly everyone had agreed to watch it and support the cast and crew. But bringing in Maddy; i guess was a major turn off for everyone plus they kept the mystery around Manik and Cabir dangling for too long.

It looked like the Cvs ddnt have a concrete plan when they started with the season and had no clue as to what the audience really wanted.
They ddnt take the situation seriously and had a very rigid attitude like this is what we will show, watch it if u like or else dont.

Bringing Parth back im sure is not what most of us wanted but yes Manik doing a disappearing act with no sense is what we could not take in.

If PS is really coming back then i dont know what to say. I defiantly will feel extremely bad for the rest of the cast who chose the show above everything else.
In my view the culprit are the Cvs and the channel who have taken a series of bad decisions.

their biggest mistake was coming back with the continuation of season one without having any story line to go ahead...

they should have taken a break of at leas one month for all the off screen drama to settled down and meanwhile could have easily found a suitable replacement for Manik's character...

sooo I don't blame the cast... but yess I blame CV, PH and Channel for getting greedy...

PS: with MaNan HEA in S1 and new story line with the same cast would have received a grand welcome from all the FANS of KYY for sure... they just miss the opportunity...

I doubt even if they bring back Parth, Manan would be the same.

Personally, I would have preferred if they had killed Manan in that blast and brought Niti as a Nandu look alike. That way Manan would have had their happily ever after at least in heaven. Would have spared Parth having to oblige his fans and returning to a show which has already gone in another direction all together. He could have concentrated on building his abs, readying for that bollywood take off.

Exactly! He had left because he had some Telly and Bolly offers. If he is coming back now, it's because nothing from that materialised. There's no certainty that he won't ditch the show again if he gets another good offers. The work of the other actors in the cast has been undermined by his coming back through "popular demand" and because of low ratings, as the media put it. It's like telling them that Season 1 was successful only because of Parth. Others were just sideys. It's really unfair to those who chose to be loyal to their work and decided to complete what they had taken up.

@ bold - exactly my point..there is no point Blaming PS or anyone else. cause he is what he is, his decisions are his personal choice.
But its the Cvs , PH and Channel who have blunders after blunders here and had totally lost the plot.

One good thing, if he comes back
Every other factors remaining the same, it will be very clear to the audience, even Manan wont be that magical

It's a two edge sword. The CV can manage to ruin the Manan Richa had created, if she rushes the way she is rushing with Dhruliya

You are right Voldemort...
The Channel and makers diagnose viewers' pulse wrong..

Trend for S2 was for continuation with Manan... Not with either Man or Nan...

Personally, I think they should have ended KYY 1 on happy note while RY was still on board..KYY 1 was her vision and nobody could have brought it to an apt end but her...

They could have still continued it with the actors and characters of S1 if everyone was available and willing for S2, especially Parth and Niti.. Manan of Fab 5 couldn't have existed without Manik being in the helm of affairs... Or if they still waanted to continue the story of Manan and Fab 5, they should have found a suitable replacement of Parth, let the things settle for a while and then come back with new Manik after a month or 2... Otherwise, they could have shown that both Manik and Nandini died together and Niti return as another character, probably Nandini's twin ( I know it would have been illogical, but it would still be better than all the senselessness now)... Most importantly Niti would have been spared all the vitriol...

Or they could have given new creative some time and space to weave a fresh new story around different characters but same actors who would have chosen to stay back..

I will not comment about Parth's comeback, that is if he is really rejoining..But without RY on board, I do not expect Manan to be as magical... Also doesn't know what drama S2 will be subject to with Parth's wanderlust. It also pains to see the contributions of all other actors being negated...

But oh well!!! Good luck to the S2 and good luck to everyone associated with the Show..

Agree.. Getting him back now, agreeing to his new set of terms would mean more holidays and stuffs..
Which again is not his fault i would say, cause they Ph are the ones who are agreeing to it. How much he can, can not demand totally depends on him, but how much to agree on depends on the channel and Ph..
So i dnt want to bash him anymore here..thr is no point to it.
Cause the trend that has happened has shown us that there are many who dont mind it, and want him at any cost.

I honestly disagree that it was anyone's fault...The team had very hard time because somehow they could not mess with fans who choose to see Parth as the only Manik and since Parth had decided to move on they could not stop him.

Season 2 came on Air because you cannot be unfair to the rest of the team..I mean come on it's an professional matter for them in the end.

So there is no reason to point fingers on any body in my POV
