Final episode, final review and how I wish it could have been a pleasure to write about but sadly it's quite the opposite

For me personally the show ended at the 3.15 minute with the closure of a tender, sweet, hot, lovely and altogether highly romantic scene between the new lovebirds ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ and I guess I'd like to remember the end of DAK as "and they lived happily ever after" .

But if you really wanna know what followed here's a brief bulleted summary 🤓:

* Damini escapes prison

* During the Ganesh puja the inspector informs Urmi about this development

* Damini goes all out bonkers and shouts, dances and sings around brandishing a loaded gun 🤪 (Do they issue such sexy saris and blouses as jail uniforms now 🤔?)

* Her entire rant is focused on Urmi and for interrupting her Aniruddh gets a taste of the bullet in his leg.

* During a small break in rant, Shaurya-Ishani are bound in chairs and Damini is about to set them on fire.

* On Aniruddh's cue, Urmi manages to find a gun and shoots Damini

* Damini ka The End

* Urmi appears on screen talking about importance of daughters and their doli of hopes and to respect them.

* She is joined by Aniruddh, Shaurya, Ishani and Diya and continues to talk about daughters holding the family together and hoping to have made some difference in society's thinking.

* She goes on to promote the new show Lajwanti

* Show ka The End

And now before this review ka The End just wanted to take this moment to thank everyone of you in this forum, and especially in this thread. Thank you for all the LUs, WUs, the comments, the laughs and finally thank you for sitting through my random reviews. This is the first time I have regularly reviewed any show (with the exception of few weeks when I was out of station) and it has been a great experience and the very fact that you guys read it made it even better 😳. It has been lovely reading all your comments and feedback. Just wish we had more time here together especially since I had missed so much of the activity here but alas it had to end this soon and in this way 😒 . Wish we again get to meet in some forum in the future with the return of this amazing cast in some new show. So once again thank you all and will miss you all very much

The frenzy which ensued...getting to know zee tv schedules, knowing it is DAK and there's gonna be a leap...news from here and there...oh, we had a superb week, didn't we? excitement and happiness had no bounds... during NBT, I was not in social media and the discussions ended just with my best friend...but now, oh my! these three months journey here had been wonderful...met so many people over here, shared thoughts, we literally were a family, nurturing each other and letting each one voice their opinion...for me, this new world has been magical...I never logged off from FB for a long time lest I miss any latest developments...

DAK came by when we didn't expect and I hope one fine morning, again he'll tweet "Watch ---- at ---- #justsaying" :-) Will wait for that day again Kunal and as they say, the fruit of patience will surely be sweet...Till then wish him all the best in whatever he does and my family here, let's keep meeting and sharing news...I can't part you all now ever...

Now, the update...For me, yesterday was the happy ending and I prefer to keep it that way in my mind :-)

Missed the first bit again...

Damini escapes the police and is at Sinha house with a revolver. She sounded deranged and she keeps everyone at gunpoint...Shaurya and Ishani are bound together and Damini pours oil around them and is about to light fire...Urmi is pleading to Damini and she doesn't relent...Bade papa gestures Urmi to get something from inside...understanding the interaction, Diya now falls at her feet and keeps her distracted...Just as Damini is about to kill DIya, Urmi shoots her from behind...

Urmi comes forward and urges viewers to respect the armaan of girls...
Bade papa, Shaurya, Ishani and Diya too comes to the screen...
Urmi then tells about the need of unity in a family...
"We don't claim to have changed the society but remember it is a drop that becomes the rain and the entire season of rain..."

Oh man! Amazing memory of that afternoon...one casual tweet and we all went nuts and turned everything upside down in our shocked speculations 😆 . Great entry of his character too and we all were so hopeful for yet another complex and challenging character for Kunal to portray. This forum suddenly came alive and it was great guessing and discussing about Shaurya and the different possibilities and tracks. It was great being here, reading every one's posts and your amazing updates. And now we are in for another wait till we all meet in some other forum hopefully.

You are right, for me the show ended after that beautiful Shaya scene at the start , everything else was just filler to finish it off 🥱
