Because I have loved you for thousand years, I would love you for a thousand more. That was Manik Nandini who were supposed to last forever till eternity. Beautiful Journey from Manik Nandini to Manan with their fireflies and stars was most well crafted fairytale for television till date. It was not just love story started with love-hate relationship in like any other Mills Boon style. Rather It was pure soulful love story, a dreamy fairytale created by RICHA YAMINI. Richa's vision and beautiful characterization of Manik Nandini combined with power packed performance of both PARTH NITI took MANAN where it stand today, way ahead of its contemporaries. A beautiful creative vision of Richa and strong portrayal from Parth Niti have created this magical word MANAN, a symbol of true love.
It's not the breath that takes our moments away, its moments that take our breath away. And MANAN journey was just beautiful collage of those infinite moments, which Manik Nandini lived together, and so did audience. Reminiscing those moments sometime bring tears in your eyes and sometime bring smile on your face, and that's the purity of MANAN. This love story struck its right chord from their store room encounter and keep getting more and more popular till their last meaningful conversation together at Manik place. One of their beautiful moment from store room sequence was when Manik turned around to see Alya, but his eyes for rather fixated on innocent Nandini instead. Parth really nailed this scene with that intense portrayal of Manik where his eyes said it all, this is the moment where something is shifted in in Manik's heart for forever. If Parth nailed this scene then Niti nailed her first love realization scene with equal finesse. Myriad of emotions she portrayed as Nandini within few seconds from denial to shock and to helplessness, and then to her ultimate love realization, she ached one and all.
If a good creative vision is needed to create base for any love story, then understanding and comfort level of actors are equally important to make it work. Because chemistry can never be individualized , it's always game of action and reaction between two actors. Rarely two actors have created chemistry, when they are not in same frame. But these two even excelled there and, it was after their manzha sequence where Manik sacrificed his own performance for Nandini brother. Even after being not in same frame Parth Niti able to create such a enchanting chemistry with Nandini innocent smile and Manik intense eyes. If Niti performance touch your heart with that innocent teary smile, Parth performance send shivers down spine with those intense eyes, and both together always do wonders. Out of infinite beautiful moments, they created together, another scene which leave a strong imprint in your heart is their shadow scene, just after their musicana breakup. It was a really overwhelming scene, enacted so beautifully by Parth Niti, where they created beautiful picture of two heartbroken souls, who carve for each other but still can't be together.
One thing for sure is that you can't fake is chemistry. Friends and foes, only they know, but everyone just love to speculate about reason behind their magical Manan chemistry. Even after extreme popularity of this jodi, no one has been able to crack secret of their crackling chemistry. But one thing for sure no one is going to achieve this bar, as they together set as MANAN for quite some time. If I have to go on their journey it was just way too beautiful that I can write whole history, so instead I would like to conclude with my theory PANI Mystery is actually Manan chemistry.
