My guess...
I guess rinki is murdered ... May be 2 murderer seeing ishita while talking to rinki and must have conveyed the one in green saree and in red car ... After ishita left , simmi would have come back to clinic for some purpose seen rinki and took her along ... Car was stopped rinki murdered and simmi just attacked... Bloodes saree of simmi with ishita name ...since ishita knows rinki past they will be suspecting the one who blackmailed first ... So ashok will escape inially later like accident track they will investigate and arrive to ashok later...
